Joe Saward has not missed a Grand Prix since 1988 and will soon celebrate his 500th Grand Prix attendance as a professional reporter. Having been around for such a long time, Joe not only has a in-depth knowledge of the sport today, but also stories from the past as well. With one of the best contact books in the business, he can discover much more about the sport than most of his colleagues and is keen to give fans the chance to peek behind the curtain of Formula 1, and not just the world that one can read about in the media.
Joe Saward is once again hosting an event in order to answer the questions of Formula 1 on any subject that they wish to wish to ask him about. Joe will be in London in the run-up to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone and will be hosting an event at One Knightsbridge Green in London, the home of Prism, F1’s pioneering sports marketing agency, on Wednesday, July 6.
The event is open to all fans and provides a rare opportunity to find out what is really going on in Formula 1 - not only what you can read about in the media. The Audience will take place in the delightful garden at Prism (weather permitting) and because of questions of security there will be no possibility of walk-in tickets on this occasions.
The Audience will run from 7pm-11.00pm and there will be a food served mid way through the evening. Drinks will be available at normal bar rates.
Joe remains a fan and believes that the sport should reach out more to its loyal followers and this is a good way to give the fans the opportunity to learn more about F1, and to do so in a convivial atmosphere, with other fans of the sport. In order to ensure that everyone gets the chance to ask as many questions as they want to ask, the audience numbers are limited, so book now if you want to be sure of a spot. It's a bargain at £36.00 per head.
